When you fill out the demo request form on humangate.ca, we collect your name, email address, organization, and role. This information is submitted through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form processing service based in the United States. We use this information solely to follow up on your demo request.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
HumanGate software is self-hosted. When you deploy HumanGate on your infrastructure, we have no access to your data. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your AI decisions, review data, certificates, user accounts, or any other operational data. Your signing keys are generated and stored on your servers. We cannot see them.
If you use our hosted demo at demo.humangate.ca, be aware that this is a shared demonstration environment. It contains only synthetic sample data, not real decisions. The demo database resets daily. Do not enter real or sensitive information into the demo. Any data entered into the demo may be visible to other demo users until the next daily reset.
We use the information you provide through the demo request form to: respond to your inquiry, schedule a demo, and send follow-up communications about HumanGate. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We retain your contact information for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a legitimate need to contact you. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing humangateinc@gmail.com.
